| I have been through more than you know. Part of me was asking God why me and I can even say that I was upset with Him. But I started thinking, why not me. I was also thinking that because I'm faithful to God and that I've done the works God has planned for me to do that I would be exempt from the harsh ships of this world. But the reality is that YES I'm doing the works God has designed for me but I'm not exempt from some type harsh ship that everybody in this world has gone through or will go through.
Within the last couple of months, I felt that things or people that I loved was taken from me. I felt like I was going through my "Job Experience". Bible readers you know what Im talking about and if your not then let me tell you. God chose Job to let the satan test. God told satan "Everything that he has is in your hands, but on the man himself do not lay a finger". Within this, satan took everything and everyone from his life. Job was tested numerous of times by satan, but he still remained faithfull to God. In the end Job received everything that was taken from him back and it was better than the first time around. If you want to know more or have some wholes filled in read the book of Job.
While everyone and everything has not been taken from me, some of those things have been. I began to think and I realize that those things have not been taken from me, they are just taking a leave, because I know when those things are returned to me, its going to greater and better than the first.
I want to leave you with this: IF WE NEVER GO THROUGH ANYTHING, HOW CAN WE BE A WITNESS FOR GOD? That's what we are here for. To be witnesses for Him. If we never go through anything how can we tell people how good God has been to us? So at the end of the day, God has plans for me and that the things I have gone through is to build my strength for those plans He have for my life. And when those times come for me to witness, I will be ready because God has prepared me for what He has in store for my life. I will truely be able to tell them how good God has been in my life!!

1. If I'm listening to R. Kelly before I go to bed, I can't go to sleep unless I turn the music off....he's my favorite artist.
2. I can catch flies with my bare hands...I have skills!!
3. I mix tartar sauce, ketchup and hot sauce together when I'm eating catfish.
4. I can stay up all night and still wake up at 7 in the morning without an alarm clock.
5. I can't sleep in socks and my feet cant be covered with the cover when I go to sleep.
6. I can't stand for things to be out of order so....all my books are aligned by height.

| What's up people!! Its been a while since Ive been on here. Nothing has been going on with me. Im making plans to move to Tuskegee for Vet school. Im currently in atl for two weeks visiting friends. Im debating on whether I should go visit this friend of mine in savannah, ga....im really not sure if that's going to help, hender, or hurt me. I will have to pray about that one. Grad school at Grambling went fine....I made two A's and a B. I was glad about that.... Well that's all for now. Holla back!!

| Ok its been a minute since I've been on here. I had my interview for Tuskegee's Vet School and I got accepted into the program. I'm so excited!!
My birthday is on the 5th and I will be 23. A sista is getting up there!
A guy friend decided not to chill with me because of the basketball championship and put it off until later....but little do he know there wont be any later. I love basketball too....but don't break plans we made for a bb game that wasn't even good a game.
My grandmother had a stroke. This is the third one she's had in her life (2 in the 90's). But this time it has affected her speech. Last february my grandfather died and a year and some months later my grandmother had a stroke. But Im doing alright at the moment. |
